Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of backend services using FastAPI framework and microservices architecture.
  • Scalability: Architect scalable and highly available backend systems capable of handling large volumes of traffic efficiently.
  • Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices using FastAPI, ensuring modularity, independence, and interoperability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in Python and FastAPI framework.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in designing and optimizing database schemas and queries, preferably with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

As a Customer Success Executive at Metta Social, you will be responsible for strategizing innovative engagement events, coordinating with internal teams, and designing personalised employee volunteering plans, activities and calendars to meet the unique needs of each client. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the platform, providing support, and driving engagement to maximise the impact of their employee engagement programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct needs assessments and diagnose client engagement challenges, working closely with clients to understand their pain points and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate and Design : Collaborate with clients to ideate and design innovative employee engagement events and volunteering activities aligned with their values and goals.
  • Managed Services Delivery: Lead the delivery of managed services, ensuring the successful execution of engagement events and volunteering activities, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client deliverables.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Creative thinking and innovation mindset, with a passion for designing engaging and impactful volunteer experiences for NGOs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with volunteering initiatives/opportunities with NGOs. Volunteering experience with Nonprofit organisations or in the community is a huge plus.
